The 708

Welcome to The 708: A Place to Belong

Located at 708 Tremont Ave SW in Massillon, The 708 is more than a building—it’s a 10,000 sq. ft. community space filled with connection, purpose, and possibility.

Designed to uplift students, strengthen families, and bring people together, The 708 is a vibrant hub where mentoring happens, relationships grow, and local agencies can expand their reach to better serve Western Stark County residents.

Whether you’re here to learn, connect, give back, or build something new—there’s a place for you at The 708.

Our Core Purpose

  • Home Base for REMIX & Leadership Programs

The 708 is the heart of our community-based mentoring initiatives like REMIX and the Marathon Internship Program. It’s where students gather on Saturdays, dive into summer camps, and grow through leadership-focused experiences. In this welcoming space, young people connect through hands-on activities, meaningful conversations, and inspiration from local leaders—all in a place that feels like their own.

  • A Hub for Community Collaboration

The 708 isn’t just for us—it’s a shared resource for local nonprofits and community partners. With flexible room rentals, co-located services, and joint programming, it fosters intentional collaboration and serves as a catalyst for positive impact across Western Stark County.

  • Headquarters for Operations & Community Events

More than just an office, The 708 is the operational center of The Legacy Project of Stark County and a key venue for community events. From Family Connection Nights and parent workshops to mentor training and special gatherings, it anchors our mission and strengthens our impact throughout the region.

Why The 708 Matters

Anchored Presence

The 708 provides a consistent, dependable space for students and families—eliminating the confusion and disconnect that come with shifting locations. For those facing transportation barriers or limited access to community resources, having a central, familiar hub makes engagement easier and more reliable.

Amplified Impact

By co-locating trusted partners and programs under one roof, The 708 helps streamline resource navigation and removes the burden of traveling to multiple locations for services. This shared space model strengthens collaboration and ensures families receive more comprehensive support in one place.

Stability & Growth

With centralized operations and programming, The 708 supports scalable growth without sacrificing the personal relationships and care that define our work. It allows us to serve more students, host more community events, and deepen our long-term impact throughout Western Stark County and beyond.
