Eugene has a passion for the well-being of children and seeks out ways to serve area youth. His life goal is to make sure that every child he meets knows they have value and can do anything they want to do with their lives.
Eugene holds a degree from The Ohio State University. He is an ordained pastor, has planted many churches across Stark County, and loves to use his pastoral skills to lead his staff. He has won several community awards for his mentoring program.
Eugene is married to his wife, Brandi, and has two daughters, Ashley and Tatum. In his free time, he enjoys family activities, playing golf, and mountain biking.

He wanted to be a comedian when he grew up because he was convinced he was super funny
Director of Community-Based Programming and Leadership Development
With us since our founding, Jenn is one of our veteran team members. She brings her years of experience and skills to the forefront in helping to develop and strengthen our programs. Jenn has education in clinical counseling and youth development and has spent a decade working with middle and high school students. Jenn is trained in trauma-informed practice and connects well with students from all walks of life. Her passion is equipping and developing leaders. She acquired her leadership development through NextGen Leadership and is a certified John Maxwell Team speaker and leadership coach.
FUN FACTS about Jenn:
She holds the record for most pies in the face in a 24 hour period…36 pies!
Jenn has a cat named after our executive director.
She excels at quoting song lyrics, beating middle school students at ping pong, and drinking coffee.
Jenn hopes to one day retire on a cruise ship or in St. Kitts.
