Community-Based Mentoring That Adapts and Empowers

Our community-based programs support students in grades 4–12 with consistent mentoring, engaging experiences, and meaningful connections.

At the core is REMIX—our out-of-school-time mentoring program where high school students serve as near-peer mentors alongside caring adults. Together, they create safe spaces where younger students grow in confidence, build strong relationships, and develop real-world skills.

We also host family connection nights and offer customized internships and workforce readiness partnerships for teens preparing for life after high school.

In addition, we partner with communities to design tailored mentoring programs that fill critical support gaps for students and families.
